Here is a report on the one-week solo exhibition held at the gallery on the second floor of S-TOKYO from September 20 to 27!
In addition to Omori's representative works, Noto T-shirts, which were sold out at his previous exhibition, were available for purchase at this exhibition,
On the days when he was in the gallery, a workshop was held where visitors could have their portraits drawn with a single stroke of a pen.
Visitors were able to have not only portraits of people but also animals drawn with a single stroke, and some visitors even had their beloved pets drawn.
Each visitor seemed to enjoy the artwork while relaxing and chatting with others.
Artist :
Yoshinobu Omori
Born in Ishikawa Prefecture.
Studied art in the U.S. while a student at Kanazawa University's Department of English Education. After graduation, he began his career as an artist in earnest. He has been presenting his works based on the one-stroke technique, which he developed originally to draw with a single line at once, with free ideas that are not bound by any style. He is also active in a wide range of other activities such as portrait events, live painting, TV appearances, mural painting, and collaborations with various companies.
